This workshop will outline the difference between Spirituality as conventionally
understood and Eco Spirituality – still a relatively new concept for many of us.
Eco Spirituality opens up a new and expanded horizon for how we understand the natural world, our place in it as cosmic and earthly beings and a very different understanding of “God”, what it means to be a person of faith within an inherited Western European culture.

Walk with Us on January 6
Please come, walk in quiet reflection, together in support of legislation to ban the sale of assault weapons and for universal background checks when purchasing firearms.
We will begin our walk at 10:00 AM along IN 933 at the edge of Saint Mary’s Campus. The Inn at Saint Mary’s has given us the okay to park in their back lot, just a few yards from our starting point. We will conclude at 11:15 AM.
This invitation to walk with other concerned friends, neighbors and area citizens is admittedly a very small gesture. Small, however, does not equal insignificant. Admittedly, it is difficult to remain faithful and committed to a cause when desired results seem lacking and there are so many issues to be addressed. However, persistence, over time, in at least one cause is vital.
Please invite a friend who is also seeking a way to find a voice in expressing concern in a peaceful and more public way.
